Luka Doncic continues to be one of the leagues brightest young stars, putting in another impressive performance Saturday night in a 115-98 win over the Brooklyn Nets with 27 points, six rebounds and seven assists.
The 21-year-old is averaging 28.5 points, nine assists and 8.4 rebounds per game this season and is drawing comparisons to all sorts of great players, including his Saturday night counterpart, James Harden.

âItâs something you canât even describe if somebody like that says something about you,â Doncic said, when informed of Hardenâs comments. âItâs just amazing. I really appreciate it. I watch him. Heâs an unbelievable player and just a really special talent.â
Saturdayâs win over the Nets marked Dallasâ seventh victory in their last nine games, putting the Mavs back at .500 at 16-16.
The Nets, meanwhile, had an eight-game winning streak snapped as both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving were unavailable
