No purchase is necessary for the free biscuit but there is a limit of one per customer at participating locations while supplies last. The offer is not valid for delivery orders or when combined with other Wendy’s app offers. . . The fast-food chain is also partnering with Uber to offer a $0 delivery fee on orders of $10 or more from Sunday, March 14 through Tuesday, April 6. Customers can order through the Wendy’s app, where points are earned on every purchase that can then be redeemed for free food.
